1. Overview

Skycore AI Assistant ("Skycore AI", "we", "us") builds a personal assistant for family planning. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We aim for the shortest, clearest policy we can write — without hiding anything.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what we need to run the product:

  • Account data: first name, last name, email, and a securely hashed password.
  • Order data: credit bundle purchased, payment method chosen, promo code used, currency, and order timestamp.
  • Product data: planning prompts, generated plans, lists and preferences you save inside the assistant.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, language, IP address, and basic diagnostic logs.
  • Support data: messages you send to [email protected].

3. How we use your data

  • Provide the assistant and generate the plans, lists and answers you ask for.
  • Operate your account, process orders, apply promo codes and confirm payments.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, bank details, password resets, security notices).
  • Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug issues you report.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the product, under written data-processing terms:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Payment processors (for card/PayPal payments once activated).
  • Transactional email providers.
  • Analytics tools with IP masking, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Professional advisors and authorities where legally required.

6. Retention

We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active. Order and billing records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data on a rolling schedule.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Children

Skycore AI is designed for adults planning for their household. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logging. No online service is 100% secure, so we also expect you to keep your password safe and enable available security features on your email account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
