1. Our principle
We want you to feel safe buying credits. If Skycore AI does not work as described, we will make it right. Below is exactly when refunds apply and how to request one.
2. EU/UK 14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days after your purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund of any credit bundle you have not used. Once you start using credits, you agree that the service has begun, and only the unused portion remains refundable within this window.
3. Unused credits (outside 14-day window)
Credits are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window. We may, at our discretion, refund unused credits within 30 days of purchase for first-time customers or as a goodwill gesture.
4. Service issues
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using credits, we will re-credit or refund the affected amount. Report the issue to [email protected] within 30 days so we can investigate.
5. What is not refundable
- Credits already consumed by AI actions.
- Bonus credits granted with a bundle, promotional credits, or credits from third-party offers.
- Bank transfer fees charged by your own bank.
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase, unless required by local law.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order date and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
