Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Skycore AI Assistant ("Skycore AI", "we"). If you use Skycore AI on behalf of a household, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that household.

Skycore AI provides an AI-powered assistant for family planning — meal plans, shopping lists, schedules, budgets and related workflows. The assistant is a decision-support tool; it does not replace medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

• The service is billed in credits. One credit is priced at €0.10. Other currencies (USD, GBP, PLN) are shown using live ECB reference rates.
• Bundles may include bonus credits. All credits are consumed as you use AI features.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• We may adjust prices and bundle sizes for future purchases; existing credits already in your account are not affected.

• Orders are confirmed by email. Credits activate once we receive payment.
• Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method; card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are coming soon.
• You are responsible for any bank fees on your side. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

You agree to use Skycore AI in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, harm other users, or violate applicable law.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Unused credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions? Email [email protected].
